This chart was written prior to my Ph.D in Clinical Nutrition, thus you will notice the reference to me as C.C.N, i.e., as board Certified Clinical Nutritionist.
The last paragraph on Page 2 refers to the Acid and Alkaline Food list in my Client Handbook. For those who have not purchased this yet, I posted the above Acid-Alkaline Food Chart.
However, in my Client Handbook, I have provided an 8-Page Acid-Alkaline Food List or Chart, which also has an additional column to indicate which foods are complete proteins. In other words, which vegetables, fruits and other foods contain complete proteins, not just animal foods as most people think of in relationship to foods containing proteins.
My Client Handbook also includes a Seasonal pH Chart. In other words, what percentage of Acid, Alkaline, Fruits and Fats/Oils should be eaten in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

You may have noticed Google is now placing a padlock icon to the left of some website addresses as an attempt to designate "secure" vs. "unsecure" website. They are particularly interested in adding padlocks to website to assure the public that websites with shopping carts are secure for financial transactions, and not so much as a way to say the website is free of malware.
Our website does not have a shopping cart because it is what is termed an "information only" website. So our website has no need for a padlock. Regardless of the reason, they are unable to add the padlock to our secure website because it is an older web design from the 1990's. Therefore, no matter what warnings they may give you, rest assured that this website is secure.
